WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You will work as in-house counsel and support other relexians in various legal matters. You will be working together with our Legal Counsel and in close collaboration with other stakeholders of the company. More detailed role description will be developed based on the unique skills and competencies of the chosen candidate. You will be working at our HQ in Helsinki.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

The ideal candidate is a legal professional (LLM or equivalent) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position. You are comfortable preparing contract drafts based on business requirements. You have the ability to provide advice to the business stakeholders at RELEX on various legal matters in a quick and practical manner and to work independently without much administrative support. You have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally. You are fluent in written and spoken English, and ideally you have good skills in some other European language(s) relevant for our business.

If you have experience as in-house legal counsel in a fast-growing business environment or from software business, that will be considered an important advantage. Experience with data protection matters and employment law is considered a plus.
