JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside the International Legal Team, you will take on all our Digital Business affairs and will contribute to the improvement of Ubisoft’s legal ecosystem on a strategic level.

For the EMEA area (and on some occasion NSCA as well) you will:

  • Negotiate our strategic deals with GAFA (Amazon, Google, Facebook etc…) companies;
  • Negotiate with our first parties (console and PC manufacturers) for our AAA games;
  • Negotiate streaming, Could and distribution contracts with new companies and our digital partners (Steam etc…) and console and PC manufacturers;
  • Manage our media buy and advertising contracts;
  • Be the Legal reference and business partner for our EMEA business teams;
  • Answer all questions on digital distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a higher education diploma in Law or LLM and have at least a 7-year-similar experience in an international environment;
  • You are very business-oriented and have an extensive experience in negotiating high-stakes strategic deals with Digital companies;
  • You speak English fluently;
  • You are autonomous and proactive and making key strategic decision does not scare you.
