Advising on a wide variety of commercial matters including, contracts, national and regional tenders, corporate/housekeeping, litigation management, manufacturing related issues, product liability, regulatory, marketing and advertising/promotional and competition law matters;
Drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating contracts, such as distribution, agency, manufacturing and licensing arrangements;
Providing advice in conjunction with other specialist areas such as Ethics and Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs and Quality;
Developing a thorough understanding of and familiarity with the Company’s business, its people, markets, facilities, customers and competitors in order to identify trends and formulate appropriate structures and strategies;
Establishing a rapport and working relationship with the MEA management team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Excellent academic record from a Polish law school or other EU Member State law school. In addition and preferably, a post-graduate degree in law from an institution located in a country other than the country of graduation;
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified attorney with at least 5 years’ experience with either a major law firm or a mid-to-large size multinational corporate law department preferably in LS industry;
