At least 10 years experienced in Legal & Compliance Management. MBA/risk management is a plus;
Communication (management of influence) and teamwork skills. The Global Head of Compliance is conscious of defending strong values and will commit herself/himself in providing all the rigor and seriousness required for this position. Ability to work independently and self-conscientiously. Fluency in at least both English and French is a pre-requisite.
defining Worldline Group Ethics & Compliance policies and processes, and monitor their implementation and performance on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve their effectiveness;
drawing Worldine Group Ethics & Compliance risk mapping, in line with Worldine Enterprise Risk Management, developing/implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future;
animating Worldine Compliance Officers Network and foster ethics and compliance culture within Worldine Group in coordination with General Counsels ;
monitoring ongoing ethics & compliance trainings for all Worldine Group employees including introductory training for new employees as well, in coordination with Learning and Development teams;
acting as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues within Worldline Group are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved. It is of Wordline Global Head of Compliance to keep track of these resolutions;
monitoring and reporting of ethics & compliance violations or potential violations to Worldline excom & board as appropriate and/or required;
provide updates and following up on ethics and compliance matters and activities for board and executive committee meetings.
