Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Corporate Compliance Officer to guarantee that our company is conducting business in compliance with relevant laws and regulations (national and international) , as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards.
The Corporate Compliance Officer will support TFS to assess risk arising form laws and regulations and to implement policies and internal controls to achieve compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies that gvern company´s activities.
Your duties will include reviewing and developing company policies, and responding to policy violations and instituting practices that will ensure the highest level of compliance.
The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. To prosper in this role, you should be fluent in risk management and our industry’s principles.
The Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting Corporate Lawyers or Director Legal in managing TFS legal corporate matters.
The role involves liaison with local external legal firms, and other TFS departments as required (mainly Clinical Development, Strategic Resourcing Solutions, Finance and Business Development).
The Corporate Compliance Officer will maintain a working knowledge of ICH/GCP and TFS SOPs.
