As a Junior Legal Counsel – Employment Law, you will be part of the legal team, and provide advice and counsel to the full range of Dutch employment law and human resources practice areas in the Netherlands, working closely with the HR department. You will be reporting to the Director Employment Law.
You will have a strong focus on all Works Council topics. In your role you will also act as the Employee Relations Officer (ERO) of Booking.com. You will be the linking pin between the business, and the WoCo in Amsterdam. The ERO will support the business, the Legal department and the People team with all Works Council related topics and provide an overview on all pending matters, and provide guidance on necessary timelines. The ERO ensures the respect of timelines. The ERO will increase the visibility on roadmaps towards decisions that requires WoCo involvement.
