In this position, you will:
Assist the marketing team with legal matters (contracts, advertising regulations, copyright, image rights, etc.);
Handle the IP portfolio of the Vinted group (strategy, enforcement, etc.);
Work on a wide range of IP-related contracts (licences, assignments, service agreements, etc.);
Provide legal guidance and develop policies on IP-related matters (drafting templates, working with external counsels, etc.);
Work with product, customer support, the content quality team, and other teams to identify and address relevant legal risks and contribute to the creation of a truly great product;
Handle external complaints from members, IP rights holders, etc.;
Take charge of assigned legal issues across all relevant jurisdictions where Vinted operates;
Work together with the rest of the legal team on a wide array of legal issues arising from Vinted operations, that will not be strictly limited towards your area of core expertise.
A lawyer with 3+ years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in the tech sector;
A proven track record in IP law (soft IP, software, IP portfolio management and prosecution) and contract law (IP-related agreements and more);
Knowledge of hosting provider regulation;
Knowledge of marketing-related issues (advertising, assignment of rights, service agreements, image rights, etc.) and consumer regulation;
The skills, willingness, and initiative to own legal issues across many different jurisdictions;
Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English;
