The Role:

As part of our ambitious growth strategy in Dublin, the fulcrum of which is hiring and developing top talent, we are seeking Associates to join our new Dublin finance team. The Dublin finance team primarily focuses on secured and unsecured lending transactions, senior and mezzanine debt structures, acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, leveraged finance, syndicated loans, loan portfolio acquisitions and debt restructuring in the financial institutions, real estate, asset management & investment funds, energy & infrastructure, healthcare & life sciences and technology, media & telecommunications sectors. The roles provide Associates with the opportunity to work on high-value and high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions. You will work directly with the Dublin finance team as well as supporting Partners and Associates across the firm’s global network.

Person specification:

  • Excellent academics;
  • Qualified Solicitor, ideally 1-6 years PQE;
  • Trained, qualified and practised with a leading firm in Ireland or the UK;
  • A desire to grow your personal network and business profile through business development initiatives; and
  • Ambitious, pro-active and collaborative.
