You will join a team that is dedicated to delivering excellent stakeholder service to achieve pragmatic solutions for the business. In doing so you will:
- Assist in the review, drafting, and management of commercial contracts relevant to the TV and digital advertising services, influencer marketing, merchandising, intellectual property, audiovisual production;
- Provide on-going general business and legal advice to internal clients concerning advertising and media law. Research, manage, and track existing contractual obligations, including compliance with such obligations;
- Coordinate with business, finance, data privacy/security, compliance, and other internal teams to assist with deal development;
- Work pro-actively and closely with the business to ensure that colleagues are aware of the importance of involving the legal team at the outset in any commercial opportunity or discussion;
- Take part in active legal monitoring on legal news and news regulations;
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Qualification Standards
- Master's degree in law;
- Commenced attorney-at-law apprenticeship (aplikacja radcowska) will be a significant asset;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to develop a detailed understanding of the business and external risks;
- Ability to work on projects with number of stakeholders simultaneously to deliver expected compliant outcomes;
- Good investigative skills, prepared to challenge and stand their ground;
- Soft skills: Autonomous, Good relationship sense, Enjoy working as a team, Curiosity for new tasks and projects, Flexibility.
