Role and responsibilities

Key requirements

• You have at least four years of experience in Corporate, M&A within a law firm;
• You possess a Law degree, preferably with distinction. An additional degree from an American or English university – LL.M. – would be an asset;
• You are a fully qualified lawyer;
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. German would be an asset.
