Your tasks:

• Advise local and multinational clients on corporate matters and governance;
• Provide tailor made corporate advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate matters as well as participate in M&A transactions;
• Draft (either in English, German, or French), review and/or negotiate any type of contracts and/or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation;
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients or lawyers from international law firms to discuss about the corporate structures and means to implement them;
• Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.

Your profile:

• Experience: Between 3 and 6 years as a lawyer in corporate law;
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
• Languages: Fluent in English, French and German (written and spoken);
• Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player and good communication skills.
