Elevate is recruiting a Senior Commercial Attorney with German for a permanent, full-time position based in our Centre of excellence in Krakow, Poland.

This role will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly professional environment, working directly with a diverse and wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, holistic and commercial solutions.

Your role will be incremental to helping build and shape a new legal services delivery Centre within the network of a Global law firm.

You will contribute to key decisions around the scope of the services we provide as well as how to achieve global adoption and integration of the Centre through programmes of internal awareness and engagement.

Experience:

A minimum of four years legal experience in Banking and Finance within a respected law firm or in-house role.
Track record and enthusiasm to grow, lead and supervise teams and help develop their skills and careers.
Experience building relationships with a diverse and challenging business stakeholder group.
Experience of driving improvements in a legal team’s performance.
