Your Role:
As a Commercial Lawyer with us, you'll have the freedom to shape your practice according to your unique strengths and interests. You will support clients across a wide range of sectors on commercial, technology, IP, and data protection matters. Your work will cover routine and complex commercial transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects. Your work will also involve technology, e-commerce, and the internet, including advising on innovative technological solutions and data protection matters. In addition to your general commercial and technology work, you will also advise clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development, and exploitation of their IP rights.
Qualifications:
- 5 year PQE plus;
- Proven experience in commercial contract law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building client relationships and driving business development initiatives;
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and upholding the highest ethical standards.
