Currently, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and help us deal with drafting and revising agreements, research on domestic and foreign legislation and case-law to ensure the company’s legal compliance in all business matters, as well as assist in the protection of the copyright and intellectual property rights of Amusnet.

The Perfect Team Member Is Inspired To:

Prepare, review, amend and follow the execution of agreements with clients and service providers as well as other legal documentation related to the business activities of the Company;
Handle various Corporate, Licensing, IP, Contract, and Labour Law related matters;
Research legal issues, provide analysis of legal risks, and create and implement solutions, structured to achieve business objectives efficiency;
Work closely with involved parties and departments within the corporate structure of Amusnet;
Build and maintain internal legal databases and documentation.

The Skills That Will Grab Our Attention:

Master's degree in Law;
At least 3 оr more years of relevant, post-graduate experience as an in-house legal counsel and/or associate in a full-service law firm;
Experience in corporate, commercial, contractual and IP law related matters;
Strong analytical and writing skills;
Capable of critical thinking, multitasking, and highlighting dependencies when dealing with legal tasks;
Fluency in legal and business English;
Ability to demonstrate solid business acumen;
Very good team player with a proactive, flexible, and motivated personality.
