Do you have experience with a wide range of legal matters related to wealth management and private banking?

Do you love providing solutions?

advise our strongly cross-border oriented Monaco business on all legal matters, with a focus on banking and financial services regulations and lending products
assist local business management to identify, assess, prevent, manage and advice on legal risks
analyze and report on trends and developments to ensure legal services are responsive to an ever changing business and regulatory environment
handle litigations and complaints in close collaboration with other internal functions and outside counsel
develop appropriate policies on the control and mitigation of legal and reputational risks arising out of the operations of the business to facilitate compliance with applicable laws and regulations
establish adequate processes for timely and accurate reporting to senior management of significant legal risks
support our strategic initiatives and projects

a university degree in law with a solid legal expertise in Monaco or in European banking and financial services
5/7 years of practical experience in wealth management and private banking in Monaco or France
an interest in complex lending deals (including mortgages)
French and English are required languages
highly resilient and have the ability to propose solid legal solutions (as well as to clearly communicate legal limitations) to internal stakeholders, also when under pressure and challenging timeline
have strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage timeline and communicate clearly tailored to the audience
be a real team player to help us connect, collaborate and work together in agile ways to meet all our business needs
have a proactive approach to work, able to exercise a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in problem solving and be confident outside her/his comfort zone
