Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients on a range of large scale projects with a key focus on the energy transition;
• Advise on and draft a range of commercial and project documentation including power purchase agreements (including CPPAs), connection agreements, turbine supply; agreements, PV supply agreements and balance of plant agreements;
• Advising on finance aspects of transactions (for borrower or lender) in relevant sectors;
• Providing regulatory advice on EU and domestic energy related matters to a range of clients.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• 3-4/5 years of relevant post qualification experience (in-house or practice);
• Strong academic credentials;
• Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills;
• High level of commercial and business awareness;
• Calm and measured approach to problem solving;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
• Strong growth mind-set that is open to feedback;
• Adaptability.
