Here are the missions you will be responsible for within this team:
- Development and implementation of the offline and online anti-counterfeiting strategy;
- Monitoring and management of a network of dedicated service providers;
- Training of authorities and various internal and external stakeholders;
- Preparation and follow-up of cases, pre-litigation and litigation (administrative, criminal and civil);
- Supervision of an online monitoring program: analysis of internal feedback and data resulting from monitoring, follow-up of removal requests, detection of cases likely to be subject to "online to offline" investigations, negotiation with platforms;
- Follow-up of projects with the different entities of the Group (Operations, R&I, Divisions...);
- Maintenance of our digital tools.
The skills you will need to succeed in this role:
- Autonomous, flexible, pragmatic and organized;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Appetite for new technologies;
- 10 years of experience in the field of anti-counterfeiting. If you have a legal background with a specialization in intellectual property/new technologies law, you are ready for this extraordinary adventure!
