We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Legal Specialist to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of commercial matters. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of commercial law.
DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?
- You have a Master’s degree in Business Law (LLM);
- You have 3-4 years of experience in a commercial legal role, preferably in a corporate environment;
- You have a strong understanding of commercial law;
- You have proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation;
- You have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
- You have strong business acumen;
- You’re able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- You’re able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
- You’re proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach;
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- You have high attention to detail and organizational skills;
- You’re fully fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Last but not least, you have integrity and professional ethics.
AS A LEGAL SPECIALIST, HERE IS A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:
Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to sales agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and supplier contracts;
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Legal Advisory:
- Provide proactive legal advice and support to various departments, including sales, procurement, marketing, and operations;
- Advise on legal risks, business strategies, and other issues related to the company’s commercial activities.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, competition law, and corporate governance;
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for staff on legal topics, such as contract management, compliance, and risk management;
- Stay updated on legal developments and ensure continuous improvement of legal processes.
